We’re kicking off AID (Anybody Including Dudes) Wednesdays with a hands-on workshop covering the core tools for solving real-world problems, including:
- What to do if you drop your belay device
- How to escape the belay
- Simple methods for assisting a partner who can’t pull a move
- Key hitches, knots, and equipment to be prepared and self-sufficient on the wall
