About Aerial Silks Classes
- What: Join our aerial silks classes! A great opportunity to learn the basics or improve your skills. Skills include climbing, wrapping, and sequencing on the silks! Athletes with experience can learn more advanced choreography on the silks, and potentially take it to the corde! No experience required.
- When: Mondays – 10am to 11am
- Capacity: Limited to 6 athletes per workshop
- Ages: 18+ years old (or prior instructor approval)
- Pricing:
- $28 per class
- $25 per class for N3C members
- Class passes available upon request
About Open Silks
- What: Open Silks is time to practice your skills on the silks. This is for athletes with some experience with aerial silks and is a great opportunity to work on things between classes. This is not a class and there will be no coaching (although Alicia will be in the vicinity).
- When: Mondays – 9am to 10am
- Capacity: Limited to 6 athletes
- Ages: 18+ years old (or prior instructor approval)
- Pricing: $10 per session
What to Bring
- Form-fitting athletic clothes.
- Do not wear anything with zippers, jewelry, or watches as they can damage the fabric.
- We will be sharing instructor’s silks and rosin.
- Please come with good hygiene as we are sharing silks in bare feet.
- You are welcome to bring your own rosin.
- Bring a water bottle (you can refill it here).
Meet Your Instructor – Alicia McDaniels
Alicia began her aerial silks journey almost 4 years ago, driven by her determination to overcome her fear of heights. In April 2022, she became a certified instructor through Asana Aerial Arts in Boise, Idaho. To further enhance her skills, she regularly travels across the USA and Europe to engage in workshops and training sessions. Her most recent training took her to England. Alicia is a passionate aerialist and instructor, continuously seeking opportunities for growth and skill development.
