About Aerial Silks Classes
What: Our aerial silks classes teach climbing, wrapping, and sequencing on the silks. Experienced athletes can explore advanced choreography and even progress toward the corde. No prior experience is required — everyone is welcome!
When:

Mondays: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Wednesdays: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Capacity: Limited to 6 athletes per class
Ages: 16+ (or with instructor approval)

Youth Aerial Silks Classes
Youth Aerial Silks Classes are available upon request! If you have a young aerialist interested in learning the basics or exploring aerial movement, please reach out to discuss scheduling and options.
What to Bring to Classes

Form-fitting athletic clothing

Avoid zippers, jewelry, or watches (they can damage the fabric)

Instructor’s silks and rosin will be provided

Meet Your Instructor – Alicia McDaniels
Alicia began her aerial silks journey almost 4 years ago, driven by her determination to overcome her fear of heights. In April 2022, she became a certified instructor through Asana Aerial Arts in Boise, Idaho. To further enhance her skills, she regularly travels across the USA and Europe to engage in workshops and training sessions. Her most recent training took her to England. Alicia is a passionate aerialist and instructor, continuously seeking opportunities for growth and skill development.
