About Youth Silks Classes

  • What: This class is tailored for young athletes who want to either learn the basics or enhance their skills in aerial silks, similar to our standard silks class.
  • When: Sundays – 10am to 11am
  • Capacity: Limited to 6 athletes
  • Ages: 10-15 years old (or prior instructor approval)
  • Pricing: 
    • $28 per class
    • $25 per class for N3C members
    • 5 class passes are available to be purchased below*

About Aerial Silks Classes

  • What: Join our aerial silks classes! A great opportunity to learn the basics or improve your skills. Skills include climbing, wrapping, and sequencing on the silks! Athletes with experience can learn more advanced choreography on the silks, and potentially take it to the corde! No experience required.
  • When: Mondays from 10:00am to 11:00am
  • Capacity: Limited to 6 athletes per workshop
  • Ages: 16+ years old (or prior instructor approval)
  • Pricing:
    • $28 per class
    • $25 per class for N3C members
    • 5 class passes are available to be purchased below*

What to Bring

  • Form-fitting athletic clothes.
  • Do not wear anything with zippers, jewelry, or watches as they can damage the fabric.
  • We will be sharing instructor’s silks and rosin.
  • Please come with good hygiene as we are sharing silks in bare feet.
  • You are welcome to bring your own rosin.
  • Bring a water bottle (you can refill it here).

*Class passes expire 5 months after purchase.

Meet Your Instructor – Alicia McDaniels

Alicia began her aerial silks journey almost 4 years ago, driven by her determination to overcome her fear of heights. In April 2022, she became a certified instructor through Asana Aerial Arts in Boise, Idaho. To further enhance her skills, she regularly travels across the USA and Europe to engage in workshops and training sessions. Her most recent training took her to England. Alicia is a passionate aerialist and instructor, continuously seeking opportunities for growth and skill development.
