Staff Members
N3C Staff Members form the primary interface with our customers. As such, they are central to the experience of every visitor to the gym. Staff Members must provide exceptional customer service and be friendly, engaging, and genuinely excited about climbing and adventure. They must be professionals who share and reflect N3C’s mission and brand in every interaction.
