We are looking for motivated and professional individuals to add to our staff. Additionally, we offer volunteer opportunities for individuals with belaying experience and sporadic availability.
At North Country Climbing Center, we are a vibrant climbing gym dedicated to providing an exceptional climbing experience for enthusiasts of all levels. In addition to our indoor gym, we also offer outdoor guiding services that allow climbers to explore the White Mountains under the guidance of our team. Employment
N3C Staff Members form the primary interface with our customers. As such, they are central to the experience of every visitor to the gym. Staff Members must provide exceptional customer service and be friendly, engaging, and genuinely excited about climbing and adventure. They must be professionals who share and reflect N3C’s mission and brand in every interaction. Interested in emplyment at N3C? Event Volunteers
Are you experienced in belaying? Do you enjoy working with children? Do you have flexible availability throughout the winter? Our biggest area of need is belayers for our winter programs schedule. These programs take place during the school day for approximately 6 weeks throughout January and February, many programs lead into March and April.
Events last approximately 2-2.5 hours. Responsibilities will primarily be belaying and supervising participants, but may also include some set up (e.g. setting out shoes, or setting up the party room) and some clean up (e.g. spraying shoes, putting away harnesses, etc).
For every two events worked, volunteers will get either 1 month of free membership, OR 3 free punches. Events do not need to be worked within a specific timeframe (i.e. they don’t expire).
