Yoga Class

Classes are taught with detailed cueing to support accessible, aligned practice, offering options to challenge yourself or scale back as needed. Classes are designed to complement training, leaving you warmed up and reset. No prior experience needed and all levels welcome!

Members – $15 per clas

Non-Members – $18 per class

Note that packs of 5 lessons are available at the discounted rate of only $75 for non-members and $60 for North Country Climbing members. They can be purchased by clicking here. They do expire 12 months after purchase. To use a pass, please sign up for the appropriate class using the passholder option (at no additional cost).

Description

Join Jess for North Country Climbing Yoga! Build strength, mobility, and body awareness to support your climbing and an active lifestyle. Expect a thoughtful vinyasa-style flow that emphasizes stability, balance, and accessible movement. The final class of the month will be a slower, yin-style practice focused on long-held, passive poses to support deep-tissue release and nervous-system regulation.
