By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following: I will check in at the North Country Climbing Center front desk before proceeding to the Mount Washington CrossFit facility. I will use all equipment as intended and treat Mount Washington CrossFit’s equipment and facility with care and respect. I will wipe down any equipment, benches, mats, or surfaces that I use during my workout. I will return all equipment, weights, bars, kettlebells, and other training gear to its designated location after use. I will promptly report any spills, damaged equipment, broken equipment, safety concerns, or facility issues to North Country Climbing Center staff. I understand I will not have access to Mount Washington CrossFit during their classes, programs or events. I will conduct myself in a respectful manner and follow all posted facility rules and staff instructions. I confirm that I have read and understood the terms outlined above.
