Join Yoga Classes
Join Jess for North Country Climbing Yoga! Build strength, mobility, and body awareness to support your climbing and an active lifestyle. Expect a thoughtful vinyasa-style flow that emphasizes stability, balance, and accessible movement. The final class of the month will be a slower, yin-style practice focused on long-held, passive poses to support deep-tissue release and nervous-system regulation.

About Yoga Classes
What: Classes are taught with detailed cueing to support accessible, aligned practice, offering options to challenge yourself or scale back as needed. Classes are designed to complement training, leaving you warmed up and reset. No prior experience needed and all levels welcome!
When: Saturdays: 9:45 AM –10:45 AM
Capacity: Limited to 6 athletes per class
Gear Availability: We have limited mats, you are encouraged to bring your own. We have plenty of blocks for everyone.

What to Bring to Classes
Class begins promptly at 9:45am. Please plan to arrive a little early so you have time to check in, set up, and get settled. Bring a water bottle (refill available on-site) and wear clothes you’re comfortable moving in. Yoga mats are available, but numbers are limited, and you’re always welcome to bring your own.
Stay After Class & Climb!

Meet Your Instructor – Jess Fury
Jess is a certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance and a long-time climber who brings a practical, athletic approach to her teaching. Her classes emphasize functional movement, breath, and mindful strength. She aims to create a welcoming, grounded space where people can move well, feel connected in their bodies, and build practices that support what they love to do, on and off the wall.
