N3C’s Adult Training Team is for climbers of all skill levels who are interested in getting a great workout. Whether you have a specific goal (“I want to lead every pitch of The Prow on Cathedral clean!”) or a more general one (“I want my climbing to suck less!”), we can help you!
The Adult Training Team is a group of climbers from a range of backgrounds across a wide range of skill levels. Our coach structures workouts specific to your goals so that you can get the very most out of your time at the gym. Plus we all keep each other honest by training together!
Weekly on Thursday evenings from 6-8 pm starting on February 6th, 2020.
It takes place at N3C, of course!
FREE to all members for the month of February! After that, if you feel that it’s beneficial, it’s an additional $20 per month on top of your membership. Personalized training for $5 a session is a pretty amazing deal. Free is, of course, an even more amazing deal!
