Sweibs’s Full Day At-Home Workout

Sweibs (Sean Wieboldt) lays out a great way to stay fit (or even get more fit) with a minimal amount of gear. If you can pull off the numbers he is recommending over the course of a day, we will be very impressed.

The workout is actually pretty simple: choose 4 exercises and chip away at reps all day long.

Sean Recommends:

  • Pull-ups (100)
  • Push-ups (150)
  • Squats (150)
  • Dips (200)
