Vinyasa Flow

Mondays 5:30pm – 6:45pm
A fast paced practice designed to create heat in the body as well as build strenth and flexibility. Breath is connected to movement to deepen your experience.

Yin Yoga

Thursdays 6:00pm – 7:15pm.
A ground-based practice to balance, restore and heal. Yin Yoga is a softer practice that allows stillness in mind and body. Yin Yoga helps release stiff connective tissue, increasing mobility in the body. (One Thursday a month this class will be Restorative Yoga and Reiki.)

Gentle Yoga

Sundays 8:45am – 10:00am.
This class moves through postures in a mindful, holistic way. Creating a softer, nurturing, slow paced, well-supported, and relaxing practice. Perfect for Sunday mornings!

Pricing Structure

Options options options! We now offer unlimited monthly yoga memberships for N3C members, yoga-only monthly memberships, and 5 class passes for non-members, as well as drop-in options for members and non-members. And the pricing is remarkably low! See Yoga Pricing for details.


N3C’s weekday yoga classes are held in the Evergreen Studio room (just across from the kitchen). Our Sunday Gentle Yoga classes are held at N3C.
